Pilates Mat Classes

These classes are designed and led by a chartered physiotherapist.

Consisting of mainly mat based pilates exercises, these classes are ideal for those with back pain, other injuries or those wanting to experience the benefits of pilates. These classes are great for strengthening the abdominals, enhancing postural awareness while lengthening and toning the body.

Monday: 6-7pm
Tuesday: 6-7pm

These classes help to;

  • Strengthen the deep postural abdominal muscles.
  • Improve posture and flexibility.
  • Build overall strength and tone muscles.
  • Improve balance and co-ordination.
  • Take control of your injuries .
